One of my favorite speakers I have come across is Jack Clark - he is the rugby coach at Cal Berkeley and his nuggets on coaching high level teams are tremendous. I attended Villa 7 a coaching symposium for assistant basketball coaches and Coach Jack told us a story about a New Zealand ultra distance runner who always ended conversations with the term "Kia Kaha" a Maori phrase meaning "stay strong". Its a great way to give the person you are speaking with confidence and strength! #alwaysbecontagious
#JUICEabc (Just Understand… It’s Crazy Energy) It’s an emotion, it’s how you act and an attitude to display. A few years back college football coach, Urban Meyer came up with it when he demanded more energy from his team day in and day out. Visit us from time to time when you need that extra “Juice” to get you through your day!
